Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to see SEO results?

Most technical SEO fixes (meta tags, schema markup, etc.) are visible to search engines within 24-48 hours. However, ranking improvements typically take 2-4 weeks as search engines recrawl and reindex your site. Content-based improvements may take longer to show full impact.

Can I undo a fix if something goes wrong?

Yes! Every fix includes a 90-day rollback window. You can instantly revert any change from your dashboard. We keep before/after snapshots of all modifications.

How many sites can I connect?

It depends on your plan: Starter (1 store), Growth (up to 3 stores), Scale (up to 10 stores). You can upgrade anytime.

Do you support custom/headless CMSs?

SEOLOGY is Shopify-only right now. If you need another platform, contact us and tell us what you want next.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

All fixes remain in place permanently. You'll lose access to new analysis and fixes, but your existing improvements stay active. You can export all fix history before canceling.

Is my Shopify data secure?

We connect via Shopify OAuth (no password required) and request only scoped permissions. Access can be revoked any time by uninstalling the app.

Can SEOLOGY.AI damage my site?

We focus on SEO-related updates. Some fixes may update theme assets (for example, adding a safe head snippet) and/or store content through Shopify APIs. You can run in Plan/Approve mode and use rollback to revert changes.

How does the AI analysis work?

We use Claude AI (Anthropic) to analyze your site against 150+ SEO best practices. The AI understands context, industry-specific requirements, and provides intelligent recommendations tailored to your business.
