Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Seology.ai (“Service,” “Platform,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

Seology.ai provides a Shopify embedded app for AI-assisted SEO analysis and automation, including:

• Automated SEO analysis and optimization
• Technical SEO fixes and improvements
• Content optimization and recommendations
• Performance reporting and analytics

Eligibility & Installation

You must have authority to install apps on the Shopify store you connect. The Service is accessed via Shopify OAuth and scoped permissions.

Subscription and Billing

Billing is handled through Shopify Billing. Plan pricing and features are shown on our pricing page and inside the app.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time through Shopify (or by uninstalling the app). Access ends per Shopify Billing rules for your subscription.

Acceptable Use

You may use our Service only for lawful purposes. You may NOT resell, redistribute, or reverse engineer the Service; use it to spam or manipulate search engines; or share your account with others.

Intellectual Property

The Service is owned by Seology.ai and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to your store content and data. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to access and optimize your store data.

Data and Privacy

Your use is governed by our Privacy Policy. You control your Shopify store data. You can uninstall at any time to revoke access. For data requests (access/deletion), contact privacy@seology.ai.

Disclaimers and Limitations

While we work hard to improve your SEO, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue results. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Disputes are resolved through binding arbitration.
