Cookies are small data files placed on your device when you visit a website. Seology uses essential cookies for authentication. Optional analytics stays off by default until you accept it.
Clerk uses cookies for authentication and session management. Blocking these cookies can prevent sign-in. Their duration depends on the authentication session and provider settings.
When enabled and with your consent, Google Analytics 4 (GA4) measures selected public pages and explicitly marked link clicks. This integration excludes private app activity. Loading also requires an approved measurement configuration; acceptance does not enable collection on every page. Google Analytics uses first-party cookies, including _ga cookies, to distinguish visits and sessions. Cookie duration depends on Google Analytics settings and your browser.
We store your analytics choice in your browser's local storage, not an analytics cookie. Without a saved acceptance, analytics stays off. If your browser cannot save the choice, it applies to the current page only and the settings panel explains the limitation.
Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), and Google (optional analytics) have their own privacy policies. Some may set cookies when you use their services.
Use the Analytics settings button to reopen your choice at any time. You can accept or reject analytics. Rejecting disables this integration and attempts to remove accessible analytics cookies; it cannot recall data already sent. If you accept again after withdrawing consent, analytics can resume on the next full page load, subject to the same configuration and page restrictions.
You can also block or clear cookies through your browser's privacy settings. Disabling essential cookies can prevent you from signing in. Clearing local storage removes your saved analytics choice, so you will be asked again.
